- Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted.
- As goods are ordered in bulk, some of the items might have little flaws, which is inevitable. For examples, flaws like washable dirt, sewing lining issue, cut label tag and etc.If you are a perfectionist, please kindly refrain from placing order.
- You are responsible for the size of order. Complaint about the wrong size order or cutting too small, etc. is not accepted. If you are doubt on the cutting/sizes, please feel free to ask for size measurement before placing/confirm the order.
- Payment must be made within 24 HOURS upon receiving of confirmation email. If buyer needs more time with the payment, please email to us or else the order will be void by us.
- Cancel order is not allowed after payment has been made.
- All orders will be shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment notification received.
- Shipping cost commensurate on weight of goods. The cost will be informed by admin after being confirmed by the buyers.
- We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
- Strictly no exchange except for defective goods (customer MUST prove that by providing a photo of the defective item to be fair for both parties) or if the item is different from your order placed. You may contact us within 48 hours and for exceptional case of exchange, items must post back within 5 working days, otherwise your issue will not be served.
- We do shipping everyday except Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
- All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
